	Co-ordination with any other concerned Department.

Time for completion

	3 working day.
	1 additional working day in case of JNPT.

Service charges

As per "Schedule Rates"approved by Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai.

Documents required

	Authority Letter for processing the documents in customs.
	Forwarding letter to Customs for presentation.
	DFRC original Licence.
	Copy Bill of Lading or Airway Bill.
	Original DFRC Copy of Shipping Bill
	Bank Realization Certificate.
	Customs attested Packing List.
	Customs attested Invoice.
	Test Report wherever required.
	AR-4 Form in original
	Photocopy of E.P. copy of shipping bill.
	Copy of Mate receipt wherever required.
	Photo copies of all relevant documents for the job
	Any other documents as applicable.
