As per "Schedule Rates" approved by Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai.

Documents required

	Authority Letter for processing the documents in Customs.
	Forwarding letter to Customs for presentation.
	Reconciliation statement in Appendix –C.
	Reconciliation statement from Central Excise.
	Plant site verification certificate from Central Excise.
	Triplicate copy of Bill of Entry.
	Customs attested Invoice in Original.
	Bank Payment certificate.
	Original Challan for payment of Security Deposit.
	Project Import Certificate.
	Photo copies of all relevant documents for the Job.
	Any other documents as applicable.
