  Land acquired for Vallarpadam ICTT rail-road link

The Kerala Chief Minister has handed over the land required by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd to develop rail-road connectivity for the proposed international container transhipment terminal (ICTT) at Vallarpadam. The project is to be undertaken by Cochin Port Trust (CoPT) and DP World on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
