  • Arranging Collection of Mate Receipt from Shipping Co.
  • Arranging Passing of E.P. copy of Shipping Bill in customs.
  • Preparation of Bill of Lading.
  • Arranging Collection of Bill of Lading / Airway Bill from Shipping Company / Air console.
  • Arranging Passing of E.P. copy of Shipping Bill in Customs.
  • Arranging Collection of Mate Receipt from Shipping Co.
  • Co-ordination with any other concerned Department.

Time for completion

  • 3 working days.
  • 1 additional day for Export through JNPT.

Documents required

  • Authority Letter for processing the documents in Customs.
  • Forwarding letter to Customs for presentation.
  • Invoice and Packing List.
  • Relevant declarations duly signed.
  • Octroi Exemption Undertaking duly signed. (N) Form (R) / A Form / B Form / CC Form. (100,101,102,99)
  • Certificate for payment of Freight in Rupees (EFC).
  • Import Bill of Entry.
  • Customs attested Import Invoice.
  • Customs attested Import Packing List.
  • Suppliers Conformation letter for acceptance of cargo.
  • G.R. waiver from Bank / Customs.
  • Photo Copies of all relevant documents for Job.
  • Any other documents as applicable.
